We are a "Manufacturing Trading Company" who manufacture and sell the industrial machines to high performance material industry such as Steel & Iron, Automobile, Electric/Semiconductor, Rubber/Tire, Environment, Paper. We provide various devices from small machinery to large equipments to these industries which we procure from both Japan and overseas to meet the customer needs.
We are not only a trading compnay, but also a manufacturer having our own factory located in Fukuoka, Japan, and developing and manufaturing our own products in order to meet the diverse demands from customers.
*What is the "Manufacturer Trading Company?"
The company which meets various needs of customers through dealing with various manufacturers is called "Trading Company". It is the plus point of "Trading Company" to look for customer-needs products whereever they are. However, if we are not able to find the product in the global market, then we shall think to manufacture the product if we can, or we shall try to produce a substitute by making adjustment in some other products in order to meet the customer needs.
Manufacturing of customer oriented products is the motive of "Maker". We are a "Trading company" with the imaginary skill and technology of "manufacturer" to respond to customers' needs at any criticality, and we are targating for a "Manufacturer trading company".
History
We were established in year1907, and celebrated our 105th year anniversary in oct, 2012. If the history of our company is traced, we initially established with a company name of "Yamada Shop" to sell the Japanese TABI socks as a distributor of "Shimaya TABI Shop". Subsequently, we developed as a Industrial Trading Company mainly selling the rubber shoes to NIPPON STEEL & IRON (currently, NIPPON STEEL ＆ SUMITOMO METAL CORPORATION), and then we started manufacturing of precise equipments and has led to the present stage.
The environment has changed drastically in past 100 years, and we have created the 100 years of history by adapting the environment changes.
Competitve Business Model
Our main business models are "Manufacturer Trading Company" and "Customer-Oriented Business". "Manufacturer Trading Company" is our own business model to integrate and expand our 4 functions such as Sales, Technology, Manufacturing and Service.
In order to meet customer needs, we play a role of Trading Company to provide best product and the role of maker to develop and manufacture the most suitable product.
In addition to the "Trading Company", it is the advantage, as have our own plant and the tachnical staff in Fukuoka, we can do the business development as well.
In the customer oriented business, "Industry professionals" develop the fundamental activities. Staff skilled in each of the 7 industries in which our company is skilled, connects to the customers with specialized viewpoint.
Company Philosophy
There are various issues that customers face in different business fields such as Steel & Iron, Automobile, Electronic & Semiconductors. We never end as a usual Manufacture Trading Company. We share the customer issues and practice to resolve them as a business policy. Customers trouble is our worry. For example, it is the basic stance of our company to resolve the customers issues as business partners existence. From dealing with industrial machinery, there may be many people who have the technical business image.
