Strong lubricating power

Very early formation of a strong lubricating film can lower the friction coefficient of the contact surface and prevents a rise in the temperature of sliding parts.

Comparison of fretting by the“ Timken test” ^※1

We applied a certain load for a certain period of time to compare the abrasion l oss of th e test pieces.

Measurement of seizure load by“ Timken test” ^※1

We operated the t esting machine under certain friction conditions to compare maximum loads that can be borne by the lubricants without caus-ing any damage including seizure to the sliding friction contact surface.

Judging from the size of fretting,we can expect to prolong the service life more than 10 times in terms of a bearing.

In comparison to conventional lubricants, no seizure occurred even when we applied more than twice the load.

Surface modifiability
