What is Rocky Insulator?
Rocky Insulator has phenolic resin and glass fiber as materials which are uniformly die-molded under heat and pressure. Its excellent heat resistance and toughness have received good reputations from customers.

Main uses and results
Since its development in 2006 as an insulation plate for the platen of a vulcanizing machine, which is a tire manufacturing facility, and as an insulation plate for the protection of hydraulic cylinders, it has been widely recognized by Japanese rubber and tire manufacturers.
